Why Cobalt instead of a traditional dealer group?

We started Cobalt because the old models were too hard, too expensive, and got in the way of the advice we wanted to give. The goal is efficient, common-sense compliance with reasonable fixed fees — not a percentage of your business.

Depending on the licensing model, remuneration may be weekly (for example on advice practice arrangements) with reasonable fixed fees. On some start-up style arrangements, components can be structured as negotiated percentage splits.

On Advice Practice and Self-Licensed+ arrangements you retain ownership and control of your clients. Start-Up Option arrangements use negotiated ownership splits while you establish your practice.
